Really good Pet-Friendly Policy

New-fashioned and spotless units with the feel of a Super 8 Motel as well as bathroom. Efficient staff, unbeatable location close to everything.

Thoroughly enjoyed its welcoming and really wonderful staff.

Huge room, we had queen studio, with an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV set. We had free of charge and gorgeous breakfast. The location near a good restaurant you could walk to was good for us...

The Hampton Inn in Benson really impressed me with its comfort. The beds seemed like clouds, giving me an amazing night of rest. The room was clean, and I loved the spacious layout. The breakfast had a good variety, including fresh fruit and hot coffee. Staff members were super friendly. The accessibility features in my room also felt lacking for my needs. It was a nice stay but could improve in a few areas.

Upscale hotel, lovely breakfast!

Modern design, great service in the entire hotel. New-fashioned room and outstanding, with a microwave oven, a fridge and coffee/tea makers. Plenty of food available in the lobby.

All the staff were very nice, the breakfast was marvellous with sausages and bacon, for instance. Location: the hotel was next to Benson as Pizza, the dog park, and certain areas. Ate at Mcdonald's, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The craft beverage stations offered a good variety.

The beds were comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness and the variety of breakfast offerings, especially the fresh fruit and baked goods.

wifi connection was spotty at times.

Room was spacious and very clean.

The shower head was awful, and had no conditioner! I found grout coming up from the bathroom floor and even had a piece stuck to my foot. To top it off, the parking situation was a nightmare, with inadequate spaces and no security for my car at night.

The Hampton Inn Benson was super tidy with a cute decor that exuded warmth. I appreciated the easy accessibility for seniors, including ramps and spacious common areas.

Could improve with more accessible seating in lobby.

The bed was comfortable!

we had a little trouble with the shower not being super clean. but the room looked great, the beds were comfy, and breakfast was filling with good options. really enjoyed the cozy vibe too.

I appreciated the quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The thermostat worked well to keep the room cozy. Definitely made for a restful night after a long day.
